MARCH 1968
Set during the antisemitic/anti-Zionist purge in 1960’s Poland, this story follows two students in love, Hania and Janek, who attend a political rally protesting government restrictions on freedom. Jewish Hania’s parents have lost their jobs and are forced to emigrate, while Janek’s father is a government supporter. The film sheds light on a little-known historical period that demands attention.
