AMERICA

Eli, an Israeli swimming coach now living in Chicago, returns home after 10 years for his father’s funeral. He reunites with Yotam, his closest childhood friend, meets Yotam’s Ethiopian fiancée, and sets off a series of events that changes all of their lives forever. Written/directed by Ofir Graizer (creator of the award-winning film The Cakemaker), this artfully crafted film deals with conflicted cultural identities and an unusual love triangle.
