Beginner Line/Chair Dancing with Laina Lee

OPEN TO ALL SENIORS 60 PLUS!                                                   Join us for our FUN, easy Line/Chair Dance Classes! It’s all about moving our bodies to the rhythm of music. Line dancing can be done standing or sitting, both are super fun, and we don’t even realize we are exercising. Movement to some of our favorite songs is not only good for our muscles but connecting neural pathways in our brains. Improving memory and muscles. We’ll be moving to some oldies, country and Motown music (and let’s not leave out Elvis!)
