Chanie is a full time food writer/photographer and blogger. Growing up in Crown Heights, Brooklyn, she was raised on traditional Jewish foods like gefilte fish, stuffed cabbage and matzo ball soup. As she started entertaining, she began to put her own spin on old-time favorites to give them a modern, gourmet vibe.
