This 40 minute class is open to ALL levels and abilities. It will include both seated and standing exercises. Followed by a light stretch and 5 minute optional floor exercises at the end. Modifications will be available as needed. This class will be a great workout before you start your day! Optional equipment to have available includes: light weightNo classes:
