Join Zoe for Fitness Xpress. This will be a 30 minute class on Mondays. In this class, we will do weight and band exercises as well as yoga poses. Exercises will be demonstrated standing, but can also be done sitting in a chair. Weights and bands are optional. The most important is to have fun while getting a great workout with Zoe! Class is for all levels.
