The effects of stress on our teens can be overwhelming, and balancing the need to support their independence while stepping in to help when it’s hard is no small task. Do we really know what’s stressing our teens out? How are they coping, and what tools can we use as parents to guide them? We are delighted to bring back teen and parent coach Vanessa Hancock as she explores these questions, offering insights and strategies to support teens in navigating stress.
