CAREaVAN is heading out for its 23rd annual summer trip! Over 10 days, Jewish teens will earn 30+ community service hours while making memories to last a lifetime. Starting in Phoenix, we’ll travel through California, spending several days in Los Angeles volunteering to assist with disaster relief from the devastating fires. From there, we’ll head up the coast, serving in soup kitchens, community centers, and animal shelters, with stops in Ventura County, Big Sur, and beyond. A highlight will be Shabbat in Yosemite’s stunning nature. Between service projects, we’ll explore amusement parks, new sights, and lifelong friendships. CAREaVAN makes a difference, one city at a time!
