Temple Beth Shalom of the West Valley will host a chili cook-off and talent show on March 12 at the Temple, 12202 N. 101st Ave. in Sun City.
The Brotherhood of Temple Beth Shalom of the West Valley presents its Sixth Annual Chili Cook-off in Sun City.
Festivities will also include a talent show, lunch, games, music, and a 50/50 raffle. The deadline for chili chefs and talent entries is March 8. Entry fee for chili chefs is $25. There is no entry fee for the talent show. Chili awards will include Grand Champion, Best Meat, Best Veggie, Best Kid and Best Decorated Booth.
Advance tickets cost $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 5-13. At the door, adult tickets will be $15. Lunch will include chips, a hot dog and a drink. Voting for your favorite chili will cost $1 per vote.
