Nobody is perfect, but we often expect ourselves to be. We’ll think together about how “failure” can be our teacher and can actually improve our leadership skills. And we’ll explore the tools Jewish tradition gives us for figuring out what to do when we make a mistake. This event is open to mentors and mentees of Cohort 9 only.
