Our Curriculum
Chanen Preschool welcomes children 8 weeks old through Pre K. Offering developmentally appropriate experiences with an academic overlay, Jewish values are also woven throughout the curriculum.
Jewish Values
CBI Clergy lead Shabbat on Friday mornings at Preschool for students. Chanen families are also invited to attend frequently offered Tot Shabbats with CBI clergy- please check the calendar for specific dates Friday evening dates. This ritual incorporates an abbreviated service with music and participation welcomed.
Spring 2021 Scheduling Options
Childcare is currently available from 7:30 AM- 3 PM. Core curriculum is offered from 9 AM- 1 PM. Naptime or Awake Rooms is from 1 PM- 3 PM. Winter and Summer Camps are available when Preschool us not in session. During the Summer, Camp Chanen’s program extends to students’ entering 3rd grade for the upcoming academic year. Additional tuition fees apply. Summer 2021 hours are 7:45 AM- 3:15 PM (May 18- July 30, 2021).
Fall 2021 Scheduling Options
Starting in August 2021, childcare will be offered from 7:30 AM- 4:30 PM. Core curriculum will be offered from 9 AM- 1 PM. Naptime or Awake Rooms from 1 PM- 3 PM. Aftercare will be offered from 3 PM- 4:30 PM daily.
