Want to mix things up this year for Passover? You probably already have a bottle (or ten) of Manischewitz purchased for your seder, so why not shake things up this year and use it for some delicious cocktails that are sure to win you and your guests over. Not everyone likes to have their four glasses of wine the typical way, so these are a few recipes to make the tradition of Manischewitz wine just a little more fun.

Manischewitz Sangria

Who doesn’t love a good Sangria? This year, don’t just bring a bottle of Manischewitz to your seder, mix things up and make that sweet wine into charoset-inspired sangria!

Add 1 (1.5-liter) bottle of concord grape Manischewitz to a large pitcher. Add 2 chopped apples,1 chopped pear, 2 whole cinnamon sticks, 1/4 cup of honey and the juice of 2 oranges to the pitcher. Let the flavors meld in the fridge overnight. When ready to serve, top off the pitcher with seltzer water to taste.

Manischewitz Spritzers

Everyone loves a refreshing spritzer, and these will have any seder attendee going back for all four glasses of wine. Add some bubbles to your meal with these Manischewitz spritzers.

Fill champagne flutes halfway with concord grape Manischewitz. Fill to the top with grape, apple, or apple-grape sparkling cider. Add one lime wedge worth of lime juice and 2-3 dashes of bitters to each flute.

Manischewitz Jell-O Shots

While technically not a cocktail, the nostalgia of Jell-O can bring your friends and family straight back to childhood, or in this case maybe college since these will be packed with a punch of Manischewitz.

Add 1 teaspoon orange zest to 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil and strain liquid into a heat-proof bowl that contains 2 (3-ounce) packages of Lieber’s unflavored Jel or another Kosher-for-Passover gelatin. Mix until combined. Add 1 cup concord grape Manischewitz to bowl, mix, and pour into an 8-by-8-inch baking pan. Refrigerate until set. Cut into pieces with a sharp knife before serving.

**Please note, not all Manischewitz wine is Kosher for Passover, but the bottle will signify if it is.
