Sunday morning our Men’s club finished our Sukkah, and now we add snacks and decorate. Our religious school all had a snack and took a moment to learn about and shake the Lulav and the Etrog fulfilling two of the mitzvot for Sukkot which begins at Sundown.
In fulfilling this mitzvah, not only have we celebrated this joyous holiday, but we have continued our traditions, celebrated our community and continued with L’Dor V’Dor, from generation to generation with all of our teachers this year, who are former students who once snacked in the sukkah as they now teach their students the joy of these mitzvot.
