About the Leadership and Advancement Series (LAS)
The Leadership and Advancement Series (L.A.S.) is a year-long program designed to empower Jewish individuals in their 20s to early 40s. Participants take part in a dynamic mix of small group sessions and large-scale events, enhancing their leadership skills, deepening their connection to the local Jewish community, and strengthening their commitment to philanthropy.
