Jews of Color professional development

Join Stacey Aviva Flint, Director of JEDI Education and Community Engagement at Jewish Federations of North America, for a transformative virtual professional development training designed to foster a deeper understanding of the experiences and identities of Jews of Color. This session will explore the intersectionality of race and Jewish identity, highlight the unique challenges and opportunities our Jewish community faces as our communities continue to become more diverse. During the session will aim to co-create practical strategies for creating more inclusive and supportive Jewish communities. Participants will engage in interactive discussions and scenario-based exercises to apply these insights directly to their work, ensuring a more welcoming environment for all members of the Jewish community.

This enlightening virtual event is part of CJP’s “Creating a Space for Belonging” professional development series and is tailored for professionals and lay leaders working within the Jewish community in the Greater Phoenix area. This program is designed for Jewish clergy, professionals and lay leaders who are looking to deepen their ability to engage within their organizations.
