This is an exercise class with an emphasis on balance, flexibility, and relaxation. The exercises are based on “a sequence” of tai chi martial arts skills that are designed to gently move every joint and muscle in the body. The class will consist of stretching and balancing exercises, tai chi movement instruction, and relaxation exercises. Students should be able to stand and walk in order to best learn the body balancing techniques. No special clothing or shoes are required and we will never get down on the floor. Comfortable clothing and laced shoes (no flip-flops, etc.) should be worn.

Meet your instructor: Raymond Sol, MS Ed.Raymond Sol, MS Ed., a Master’s degree level teacher, has been teaching Tai Chi – Guang Ping Yang 64 Form and The Simplified 25 Form – for more than twenty years.
