Wellness expert and world traveler Deborah Lavinsky will present “Adventurous Aging: why seeking adventure can help you stay healthy and happy as you grow older” at this Tuesdays at the J program.
The program starts with refreshments and conversation at 10 a.m. and the presentation is 10:30-11:30 a.m.
Deborah Lavinsky, NCPT® is the owner of Phoenix Pilates and Rossiter Center in Phoenix, Arizona. A nationally certified Pilates teacher and certified Rossiter Stretch Coach with over 30 years in the music, nonprofit and financial worlds, Deborah opened the doors to her Pilates studio in 2013 and hasn’t looked back. An ardent champion of senior citizens, she was appointed to serve on the Governor’s Advisory Council on Aging by Governor Jan Brewer and currently serves on the Arizona State Treasurer’s Financial Literacy Task Force.
