This is a special “Fan” exercise class using tai chi skills for health and wellness. This class was created for JFCS, and students will learn beautiful tai chi fan flowing movements. These are not Elizabethan fan moves. Students should bring their own 13” hand fans. Emphasis will be on basic balance and flexibility skills. Students will first learn “Fan” moves that will exercise both the body and mind. Ample time to practice all the movements, will be provided. Comfortable clothes and shoes recommended.Series will take place on 1/22, 1/29, 2/5, 2/12, 2/19 and 2/26 from 1-2pm at the Valley of the Sun JCC
