Community Hagalat Keilim

The Greater Phoenix Vaad Hakashrus will be hosting a community-wide hagalas keilim Sunday, March 26, from 4:30-6:15 PM in the parking lot behind the BJC kitchen.

Suggested donation: $10.00

Requirements for utensils to be kashered:
● Utensils must be 100% clean and free of rust
● Labels and/or price tags must be removed
● They must not have been used 24 hours prior to kashering
●They must be made of metal, stone, or wood only; ceramic, china, or earthenware dishes, and crock pots cannot be kashered

Community Chametz Burning

The Greater Phoenix Vaad HaKashruth invites the entire community to the annual chametz burning which will take place on Erev Pesach, Wednesday, April 5 between 10:15 AM – 11:15 AM in the Phoenix Hebrew Academy parking lot, near the dumpsters.

Please follow all safety guidelines and do not leave children unattended at the chametz burning.

The following establishments are certified Kosher for Passover by the Vaad for 2023 for meats, Passover products, and the following take-out menus ONLY.
