In February 2024 I will be called up for my Bar Mitzvah.

For my Bar Mitzvah Project; I do need your help!!
As a child growing up, I loved to read! By reading I can find myself on the mighty Mississippi River with Mark Twain, on a Starship Enterprise exploring the Universe, or adventures with Captain Underpants! Exploring the Internet with my parents’ supervision. I can experience what other people only dream of!
My Bar Mitzvah Project is to collect as many children, teen-age and appropriate children’s books and donate them to the San Carlos Indian Reservation Library that serves their member community! My father has had an employee working with him for over 20 years. We were talking about all the books I have read and she said our kids do not read enough. My Mom, Lori said, you have so many books at home, we could start a children’s library.
I said that would be a great project; Tikun Olam, Charity over the World, would be a wonderful gift to share with our friend’s family and tribe!
If you could Please help me in this endeavor it would be appreciated by so many. I have set up a collection box in the Temple Beth Sholom of the East Valley Sanctuary lobby. If you can not donate a book a small financial gift, to the San Carlos Indian Reservation Library Fund, I can pass it on to their educational funds.

Thank you,

JJ Margolis
