AZJHS Heritage Fundraiser

Our 2023 fundraiser will not be a typical gala, but an exceptional cultural experience featuring the heralded film “Remember This: The Lessons of Jan Karski.” Neither Jewish nor German, survivor nor perpetrator, Karski was a Polish diplomat turned resistance fighter who served as “tape recorder, camera, and messenger” reporting the horrors of the Holocaust to the outside world, which often reacted with deaf ears and blind eyes. Yad Vashem has recognized Karski as a righteous among the nations.

Rather than a formal plated dinner, we will have time to socialize in a casual atmosphere while enjoying hearty hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. Dessert will be available following the program.
