Mental Health – Teens

There’s a very important course that you should know about that CTeen is providing this year: CTeen University Mental Health course.
This beautiful course offers the Jewish perspective and guidance for being happy and mentally well.
With the alarming rise in suicide rates among teens, joining a class about mental health is now more critical than ever, equipping them with vital tools to stay happy, content, and resilient, thus reducing the risk of depression, drug abuse, and other mental health challenges.

A few details:
– participants earn two (2) valuable college credits!
– course costs $1,000, scholarships are available
– course is only open to 10th-12th graders and we’ll be limiting it to 15 participants.
