Come hear a great lecture from renowned speaker and educator Tali Nates – Founder and Director of the Johannesburg Holocaust & Genocide Center, South Africa!

Tali Nates’ presentation “Schindler’s List, Apartheid’s Legacy:  From Poland to South Africa” will address themes related to Tali’s surviving family members from Poland, the place of the Jewish community in South Africa during and after apartheid, the flourishing Holocaust & Genocide Center in Johannesburg and its mission, and Holocaust education in the context of the African continent and the genocide in Rwanda in particular. Tali Nates will take us to places that we are often unfamiliar with when it comes to the history, memory, and legacy of the Holocaust.
