One of the pillars of NowGen, a division of of the Center for Jewish Philanthropy of Greater Phoenix (CJP), is LEAD Jewish.

Back for it’s fourth cohort, join some of the brightest young talent in our Jewish community through CJP’s Leadership and Advancement Series (L.A.S.). L.A.S. is designed to foster the growth and development of young Jewish communal leaders. Through the program, individuals will have the opportunity to build connections personally, professionally, and Jewishly in order to prepare them to assume leadership roles in the Phoenix Jewish community.

This past year five groups of between eight to ten individuals met bi-monthly, led by a highly successful, community leader (‘mentor’). Through these small group meetings, participants learned from their peers, guest speakers, and their mentor. Our mentors have run major companies, transformed our community, and changed organizations for the better – all with integrity and passion. This year’s phenomenal mentors were Steven Schwarz, Alison Betts, Morrie Aaron, Adam Goodman, & Michelle Kort.

Apply now to be a part of our fourth cohort. L.A.S. is open to all Jewish professionals in their mid-20s to mid-40s. The program runs from August 2023 to May 2024, with a kick-off event May 2, 2023.
