It’s easy in the sea of social media and culture war to feel small and insecure about our Jewish identity.  However, we’ve been through these things before and we know that being silent, weak or hidding will not create the change we wish to see.

Michelle Obama said, “When they go low, we go high!” We will not become our oppressors who turn to hate, and we will not crumble on account of those who choose to hate us.  Rather, let us rise in the face of it!

In that light, the Bureau of Jewish Education is looking forward to another exciting opportunity to empower teens and their parents, this time in partnership with the Center for Jewish Philanthropy and the ADL.

Featuring world-renowned educator Ben M. Freeman and author of Reclaiming our Story: The Pursuit of Jewish Pride, participants will have a chance to explore ways to respond to Jewish-hate through increasing our own sense of Jewish confidence and certainty. In light of recent events, this special program will help provide additional tools and insights on how to handle today’s rise in antisemitism.
